DOM.RF began to form an all-Russian open register of design organizations using information modeling technologies (TIM) in housing construction.
The register is created for quick and convenient access developers to information about design companies using TIM and the software they use. Access to the resource will be open to all participants in the construction industry, and the list itself will be regularly updated.
“In anticipation of the mandatory transition of the industry to TIM, a number of developers may face the problem of finding organizations that design using such technologies. In order to simplify and speed up interaction processes, we are creating a special registry that will work systematically and be promptly updated. Companies interested in scaling and developing their business from anywhere in the country can contact DOM.RF and send data to be included in the register. Thus, healthy competition in the development market will be maintained,” emphasized Nikolai Kozak, Managing Director for IT and Digital Transformation of DOM.RF.
The list of design companies will include the contact details of the organization and region, software used, as well as sections of project documentation where the organization uses TIM: architectural solutions, interiors, metal structures, land planning, communications, etc.
