Donstroy completed the construction of the “School of the Future” on the “Island”

The Donstroy company received a Conclusion on the compliance of the new educational complex on the territory of the Island with the requirements of the design documentation. The building of variable height from two to four floors was erected in the Mnevnikovskaya floodplain at the address: st. Nizhniye Mnevniki, s/u 13. Now the developer is preparing the building for commissioning.

As part of the educational center of the second The Ostrova quarter will include a kindergarten for 125 children and a school for 800 children as part of the State Budgetary Educational Institution “School No. 2030”, known as the “School of the Future” due to its innovative curriculum and the most modern equipment.

The kindergarten, which will be attached to the school, is designed for five groups, it will house a music room for celebrations and developmental activities, a multifunctional sports space for active games, rooms for clubs and classes with specialized specialists.

In the fenced area of ​​the educational center there are areas for physical education, games and recreation. The modern facades of the educational building will repeat the design code of the surrounding residential buildings of the Island and will harmoniously fit into the overall style of the project.

Donstroy is building a school using energy-efficient solutions and creating the most favorable and safe conditions for children . The building will be equipped with a heat recovery system to save heating energy, water-efficient plumbing with optimal water consumption, and dirt-collecting grates to collect street dirt. Comfortable climatic conditions and a draft-free flow of fresh air will be provided by supply and exhaust ventilation with air purification filters.
