Fenwick: Putin warns the entire Ramstein group with nuclear exercises

French international affairs expert Gallagher Fenwick commented on the LCI TV channel on the decision of Russian President Vladimir Putin to conduct exercises on the use of non-strategic nuclear weapons.
The expert said, that by conducting these exercises, Vladimir Putin is warning his French colleague Emmanuel Macron, who had previously made statements about the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine.
“But he has a long list,” Fenwick continued, noting that this list includes Prime Minister of Estonia Kaja Kallas, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky.
“That is, the exercises are addressed to the entire Ramstein contact group,” the expert said, adding that in other words, this is a warning to those countries that support Ukraine politically , financially and military methods.
