    Gladkov spoke about the consequences of the shelling of a village in the Belgorod region

    BELGOROD, May 9. The building of a kindergarten, six private houses, a store and power lines were damaged in the village of Novopetrovka, Valuysk urban district due to shelling from Ukraine, casualties no, said the governor of the Belgorod region Vyacheslav Gladkov in the Telegram channel.⠀
    “The village of Novopetrovka, Valuysk urban district, came under fire from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. No civilians were injured. Six private residential households were damaged by shell fragments (windows were broken, roofs were cut, facades and fences), one commercial building and a kindergarten. The power line was also damaged,” Gladkov wrote.
    He added that emergency services are working on the spot, and door-to-door canvassing of the area continues.

    The village of Novopetrovka is located approximately 2 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. Valuysky urban district borders the LPR, as well as the Kharkov region of Ukraine.
