The court in St. Petersburg considered the case of drug propaganda in the texts of the famous figure of the Leningrad musical underground Alexei Vishny, who gained fame in the 80s years, and fined the singer 5 thousand rubles, reports the head of the joint press service of the city courts, Daria Lebedeva, on the Telegram channel.
““The Nevsky District Court fined Alexey Vishnya 5,000 rubles,” her message says.
It was previously reported that on Cherry’s page on the VKontakte social network they found the musical compositions “Syringe” and “Nam Khana”, in which specialists from the Moscow Center for Narcology saw propaganda and advertising of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. The administrative case was considered under Part 1.1 of Article 6.13 (propaganda or illegal advertising of narcotic drugs) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.
Previously, Cherry explained that the songs were written 30-40 years ago, and “there was no intention for propaganda.”
