Consyst Business Group (part of the LANIT group) has finalized the project “Development of an industry solution TURBO Hotel for comprehensive automation of hotel activities based on the domestic computer program Platform TURBO X, version 10.” It was implemented as part of the fulfillment of the terms of the grant from the Russian Fund for the Development of Information Technologies (RFIT), which the company received at the end of 2022.
TURBO Hotel is a software solution belonging to the HMS/PMS class systems (Hotel Management System – hotel management system/Property Management System – property management system). Designed to automate the management of a property's room stock, control and planning of occupancy, reservations, work with guests, pricing, analysis of performance results and other processes.
The software was created as an alternative to foreign solutions. RFRIT conducted a comprehensive examination of the project application and acted as the operator of grant support. The Foundation accepted the development results and began the process of monitoring the achievement of target indicators, including the commercialization of the new system.
The development consisted of three successive stages. Within the first two, the main business functions were implemented, aimed at solving problems in the customer relationship block. In addition, functionality has been developed that allows you to quickly set up a flexible pricing model, which makes it possible to increase sales efficiency.
In the process, subsystems for hotel integration interactions, analytical reporting with the possibility of flexible configuration and output of statistical information in the form of a designer were implemented. A functionality for converting data from existing PMS systems into TURBO Hotel has also been developed.
Based on the results of communication with potential customers and the pilot consumer of the solution – the Official Hotel of the State Hermitage, the third stage was expanded with additional functional tasks in terms of communications with clients. The expediency of the additions was confirmed by the grantor's experts.

We took part in the creation of the solution and were the first to evaluate the quality, speed and convenience of the interface. Currently, the process of testing the software in our hotel is being completed and a transition to a new system is planned.”
