At the construction site in Pushkino, they began pouring the foundation for the new residential quarter “Publistist”. The project is being implemented by the federal developer DOGMA.
The company has begun active construction of the first three residential buildings of the first stage of the project with a total sellable area of 150.3 thousand square meters. m for 2013 apartments. At the moment, pits have been prepared at the site, work is underway to construct a pile field, and builders have begun pouring the foundation. Six tower cranes are being installed at the construction site.
In total, phase I of the project provides for the construction of five residential buildings for 3,818 apartments with underground parking and commercial premises on the ground floors. The development will consist of mid-rise residential buildings of varying heights – from 9 to 15 floors.
Also, as part of the comprehensive development of the territory, the developer will build the necessary social infrastructure to ensure comfortable life in the new microdistrict. In the first stage there will be a municipal kindergarten for 300 places, and in the second – a school. In total, five kindergartens with 300 places each, two schools for 3,300 students, a sports and recreation complex and a clinic for 430 visitors will be built in four stages.
