MOSCOW, May 17. The Lefortovo Court of Moscow placed under arrest the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Altai Territory Ivan Kibardin in a case of fraud, the court's press service reported.
“By the decision of the Lefortovo District Court of Moscow, a preventive measure was chosen for Ivan Vladimirovich Kibardin in the form of imprisonment custody for a period of 1 month 29 days, that is, until July 15,” they said in court.
He is accused of preparing and attempting fraud on an especially large scale (Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
