At the construction site of the sixth quarter of “Ostrov” from the Donstroy company in the Mnevnikovskaya floodplain, the installation of roofs and masonry has been completed. The quarter is 50% ready. All work is being carried out in accordance with the schedule, with the participation of 1020 workers and 13 units of equipment.
To date, in the sixth In the “island” quarter, the following is being installed: installation of brackets for fastening the curtain wall system and insulation on all buildings, laying of shafts of installed utility systems, installation of finishing facing material – porcelain stoneware, elevators, individual heating point and utility lines on all buildings.
< p class="doc__text">Work is actively continuing on the finishing of storage rooms and their corridors in the underground part of the buildings, rough finishing of standard floors. We started installing metal fences.
The houses of the sixth “Island” are distinguished by their unusual stepped architecture with stylish geometric facades. The bright interiors of the central lobby with ceilings up to 7.7 m, designer reception desks and waiting areas with upholstered furniture will be designed in a modern elegant style. The courtyard is dedicated to the theme of water. In the center there will be a walking route in the form of a rain alley with aquatic vegetation along the paths. Landscape elements will serve as natural boundaries for recreation areas, sports and children's playgrounds.
“Ostrov” is a large-scale business-class residential complex being built in the southern part of the Mnevnikovskaya floodplain. The project is surrounded by the Moscow River and the Filevsky, Suvorovsky and Krylatsky Hills natural parks. This is a completely new model of urban life. A self-sufficient infrastructure will be created here, including four large social clusters with schools and kindergartens. Kilometers of paths for Nordic walking, jogging and leisurely walks will be laid along the boundaries of the project and the nature conservation area.
The design code of the project was developed by the architectural bureau LDA Design. “Ostrov” will be the first residential complex in Russia to have a 5G network. A large number of urban sports facilities will appear near the project: from a swimming pool, outdoor tennis courts to a large surfing park. The Terekhovo metro station has already opened on the territory. The Moscow City business center is a 10-minute drive away, and the Garden Ring is 15 minutes away.
