Developer STONE has become a partner of the Cosmoscow Foundation's charity auction aimed at supporting contemporary art. The event took place in the Noôdome community and club space, uniting representatives of different spheres. During the auction, more than 15.5 million rubles were collected, which will be used to develop innovative initiatives of young artists, create new works of art and organize educational programs.
The theme of the 11th auction and exhibition in 2024 is “Vertigo”. The concept centers around the feeling of losing balance. The auction featured works by artists who reflected in their art the experience of vertigo and human fragility. STONE, as part of the auction concept, presented the installation “Architectural Perspectives”, created in collaboration with digital artist Katya Garnet, who was inspired by the architecture of the company’s projects and the idea of “Vertigo”.
The main line of the art installation is built between technology, architecture and nature, which invites you to slow down in the rhythm of the big city and conduct an individual architectural meditation. The meditative interaction of fractals, reminiscent of natural motifs in shape and color palette, against the background of the contrasting architecture of STONE gives a vertigo effect, which became the main theme of the auction.

The art concept has been an integral part and calling card of STONE office and residential projects for many years. The developer systematically works to integrate art into its facilities and landscaping and fully develops the cultural component, attracting professional art operators.
Among STONE’s landmark art initiatives is collaboration with the mobile Pop Up Museum in the developer’s business center – NEO GEO, as well as holding an open public art competition with the support of Moskomarkhitektura for the creation of an art object for an office STONE Towers quarter. The expert council of the competition, which was headed by the chief architect of Moscow Sergei Kuznetsov, also included Margarita Pushkina, the founding director of the Cosmoscow contemporary art fair and the founder of the foundation. The work of competition winner Zhenya Zhelvakov, the art object “Angel,” will be installed on the main square of the premium office block on Belorusskaya.
As the company noted, the thoughtful integration of art into STONE projects allows you to strengthen their connection with the urban environment and creates bright points of attraction for residents and citizens. Support for external cultural events and socially significant initiatives is an additional contribution of the company to the development of contemporary art in Russia.
