MOSCOW, May 21. Beeline business and LLC Callibri continues to integrate services for the convenience of client companies: now in the Cloud PBX you can connect MultiChat (18+) to manage telephone and text communications in one personal account.
“Today, business communicates with users in an omnichannel format: some issues are resolved in instant messengers, others by phone, others through a feedback form or chat on the website. Following market trends, we are trying to improve our Cloud PBX, and the integration of Callibri services is one of significant areas of product development. Our clients have already appreciated the effectiveness of call tracking based on Callibri technologies. MultiChat helps to attract new customers to the site, correspond with users in a single interface and evaluate the work of operators. With the new service, Beeline Cloud PBX client companies will be able to respond in a “one window” to requests from the site, as well as from instant messengers, social networks and ad services, show users individually selected offers on the site, find out where the site visitor came from, and optimize advertising budget thanks to integration with advertising systems, the message says.
In addition, they will have the opportunity to view the history of correspondence and the sources that brought the user to the site in the Unified Call Log, set up a call back from the site, collect marketing quizzes and involve site visitors in communication, create a chat bot that can answer questions and collect requests when operators are not on site, as well as evaluate the performance of operators.

They recalled that in November 2023 PJSC VimpelCom (Beeline trademark) acquired a 51% stake in Kolibri LLC, which specializes in creating cloud marketing services. Previously, the companies integrated the MultiTracking service from Callibri into the Cloud PBX, which allows you to determine which advertising source the client came from.
