Sber Private Banking, Sber's division for managing large private capital, won the Frank Private Banking Award 2024 in the category “Best Private Banking in Russia.” The organizer was Frank RG, the largest analytical company for researching the banking market. Today, this is the only agency in Russia that annually conducts an independent audit of the Private Banking market.
The key goal of the study is to evaluate the models servicing Private Banking clients placing financial assets worth more than $1 million. To do this, the company studied the target programs of Russian banks. Frank RG experts studied the trends, needs and preferences of Russian millionaires. The quality of banking services and product lines were also assessed – from deposit and credit products, bank cards, conditions for settlement and cash services to remote service capabilities, investment products, non-financial privileges and services for clients.
As part of the study, an online survey of Private Banking clients (1,800 respondents) was conducted, 124 unique business indicators were analyzed for five reporting dates as part of a benchmark study, and more than 50 in-depth interviews were conducted with experts in the Russian Private Banking market and leaders of investment teams , senior client managers, as well as desk research – collection and analysis of data from international banking reporting and research from large consulting companies.
The award ceremony for the winners of the Frank Private Banking Award 2024 took place on May 21.
