Developer AVA organized a grand event dedicated to the commissioning of two new units of the Letniy residential complex in Sochi.
< p class="doc__text">Last Saturday, more than a hundred families celebrated their housewarming with their neighbors in a friendly, festive atmosphere, on the embankment of the complex, surrounded by the mountains and forests of the National Park.
The Letniy residential complex is located in Kudepsta, the greenest and most picturesque area of the resort. Among the features of the project is the unique landscaping of the territory. There are stylized playgrounds for sports games, open-air training complexes, playrooms for children of different ages, as well as relaxation areas with sun loungers. So you can sunbathe right in the courtyard overlooking the mountain river Kudepsta or the sea, located 5 minutes from the complex. That is why the first court celebration was organized in a maritime theme.
Guests of the event were greeted by sailor bears and cheerful animators who conducted exciting marine interactives, flash mobs and prize drawings. The cover band “Modiliani” and delicious treats in the fresh air gave people a good mood and charged people with positive emotions. The soap bubble show from the little mermaid Ariel delighted the little residents of the complex. Traditionally, representatives of the developer and management company took part in the event to answer questions from residents in an informal setting.
“Developing an environment of good neighborliness, our company regularly holds events in residential complexes in Krasnodar and Sochi. Family and children's holidays have become a good tradition. New for 2024 are Courtyard Days, timed to coincide with residents’ housewarmings. Games, competitions, songs and dances, joint work – all this helps neighbors get to know each other, find similar interests for communication and create friendly connections in the residential complex,” noted AVA Public Relations Director Natalya Simontenko.

Since the beginning of 2024, almost two thousand owners of the company’s residential complexes in Sochi and Krasnodar have received the keys.
