Lichka has been working at Dynamo since the summer of 2023. His contract was for the 2023/24 season with the possibility of extension for the 2024/25 and 2025/26 seasons if certain conditions are met. Earlier, the chairman of the Dynamo board of directors, Dmitry Gafin, confirmed that Lichka’s contract was automatically extended.
«To be honest, I'm not doing this. If everything goes well, I'll stay at Dynamo next season. Now I'm flying home and will plan the team's preparation. That is, there are no thoughts (about European clubs)» , — said Lichka.
