A high-ranking employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, suspected of abusing his daughter, also molested his stepdaughter

He does not admit his guilt

The details of the scandal in which a high-ranking employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was involved became clear. Investigators accused the man of harassing his daughter and stepdaughter.

As MK learned, in May 2023, a 42-year-old Muscovite woman contacted the police with a statement of violence against her 13-year-old daughter. It turned out that the lady’s ex-husband, one of the leaders of the Ministry’s Information and Analytical Center, had been molesting his child for 6.5 years. It all started in 2017, when the girl entered first grade. The father began to lock himself in the office with the child on a regular basis, supposedly to read books in silence. However, this was a cover for his wife and youngest son – in fact, the head of the family seduced a schoolgirl there. After divorcing his wife in 2019, the man began taking his children for weekends to his three-room apartment in the northeast of the capital. The pervert continued to corrupt his daughter while her brother sat with headphones on and played with gadgets.

When the girl grew up, she began to study articles on the Internet about violence in families. Then the young lady realized that such communication with her father was a crime. The daughter told her parent about her research, but the man hastened to threaten the teenager that he would leave her, brother and mother without child support.

In 2022, the man had a lady of his heart who was raising two young daughters. The stepfather began to sexually harass his 9-year-old stepdaughter, also locking himself in the office with her to supposedly educate the child.

One May day in 2023, the stepdaughter told the security officer’s own daughter, who came to visit, that her stepfather was committing strange actions addressed to her – touches her intimate parts of the body. Then her own daughter finally told her parent about the harassment.

In connection with the incident, two criminal cases were opened under the articles “Violent acts of a sexual nature” and “Depraved acts.” The EMERCOM employee does not admit his guilt and claims that the ex-wife forced the daughter to slander her father. However, the stepdaughter’s mother joined the criminal investigation as a witness and will defend the rights of her injured daughter.
