    Atlantis-Pak increases business efficiency with the new CRM BPMSoft version 1.3

    PKF Atlantis-Pack LLC, a leading player in the domestic market of innovative packaging solutions, has automated product implementation processes using CRM based on the low-code platform BPMSoft from LANIT Omni (part of IT -LANSOFT holding). The migration to the current version of the system 1.3 was carried out in three months by experts from the integrator company NORBIT.

    The main goal of the project was to increase the manageability of the complex process of introducing new products: from the production of food packaging samples and testing to receipt commercial order and shipment of the finished batch. Thanks to migration to a CRM solution from BPMSoft, integrated with the existing ERP system, each of these stages has become as transparent as possible.

    Currently, BPMSoft actively employs 100 employees from the Atlantis-Pack central office in the Rostov region, as well as four branches in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk. Management has the opportunity, in a single window, to track the status of task completion and the activity of all employees, correlate it with the goals set, and also get acquainted with acts and reports. This facilitates management decision-making, allows you to evaluate each case, and then analyze and implement successful practices for subsequent developments.
