GK “Hals-Development” has begun developing a foundation pit at the construction site of the premium residential complex “House 56” on Friedrich Engels Street, vl. 56.
The construction of the enclosing structure of the pit was completed within the established time frame. “Currently, excavation work and work on installing a two-level spacer system, including the installation of a water reduction system, are being actively carried out at the site. The residential complex “House 56” is being built in the Basmanny district and consists of three towers with a height of 20–23–27 floors. The architectural appearance of the complex from the bureau IND architects is made in the modern style of parametric minimalism: the facades of the three buildings are lined with metal plates and seem to rotate around their axis. In an internal closed courtyard of 4000 sq. meters, playgrounds for children, a workout for adults and a lounge area with a shady canopy surrounded by greenery will be built.
