The regional conference of NOVIKOM Bank was held in the Moscow region, in the Patriot Park. Managers of 25 bank divisions from all over the country took part in the event. Chairman of the Board of NOVIKOM Elena Georgieva made a welcoming speech and presented awards to representatives of regional branches who showed the best performance results in 2023.
The event was held as part of a large-scale campaign to change the positioning and corporate identity of the largest bank included in Rostec, which started on May 15. The regional managers of NOVIKOM were presented with the organization's development strategy and a new brand designed to demonstrate the capabilities and ambitions of the bank.
In particular, at the new stage of development, NOVIKOM plans to strengthen its status as a key bank in high-tech industries and intends to offer services to a wide range of clients: large enterprises in civil industries, small and medium-sized businesses included in the chain of cooperation between client enterprises. In this way, the bank expects to increase its contribution to achieving national goals of technological leadership.
In addition, in the next five years, NOVIKOM plans to increase its assets and by 2030 operate with a figure exceeding 1.5 trillion rubles . The achievement of such ambitious goals will be facilitated by the development of a strategic partnership with Rostec, diversification of the client portfolio, expansion of interaction with local authorities, business communities and the growth of a network of regional offices.
The heads of relevant departments outlined the main priorities and tasks for achieving the set goals in key areas of activity. In turn, representatives of regional divisions shared their successful experience in organizing interaction with executive authorities and chambers of commerce and industry, and spoke about expanding the bank’s presence in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. NOVIKOM has already signed agreements on joint work with 13 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as with many regional funds for supporting industry and entrepreneurship, and has become a member of chambers of commerce and industry in 21 regions.
During the ceremonial part of the event, the Chairman of the Board of NOVIKOM, Elena Georgieva, awarded the heads of regional divisions that showed the best financial results for 2023. The awards were received by Alexander Sergeev, branch manager in St. Petersburg, Renat Shakirov, office manager in Kazan, and Victoria Ryabkova, office manager in Rybinsk. The award for the best result in attracting corporate clients was presented to Yulia Kovalenko, branch manager in Rostov-on-Don, and for the best result in the SME loan guarantee portfolio – Marina Moiseeva, branch manager in Nizhny Novgorod.
During the second and third days, business games were organized for conference participants aimed at developing teamwork skills, leadership and project management.
