MOSCOW, June 6 A suspect in a murder in western Moscow allegedly stalked the victim near his house for several days , introducing himself as a collector, said a neighbor of the deceased.
On Thursday, 34-year-old Konstantin Balishansky was shot dead on Alexey Sviridov Street in western Moscow. The alleged killer was detained a few hours later by police nearby, on Aminevskoe Highway; he resisted and was seriously wounded. The main version is a murder motivated by jealousy.
According to the neighbor, an unknown person in a mask was sitting near the first entrance «on Monday or Tuesday» and today. He introduced himself as a debt collector, adding that he was looking for a 35-year-old man who took out a microloan.
«Empty brown eyes, nothing else was visible,» the woman said, describing the man in the mask.
The interlocutor also said that she noticed him today at the entrance wearing a mask and carrying a bag. Other neighbors, she said, saw Balishansky running away from the house.
Another resident of the same building reported that a young man in a blue mask was sitting on a bench near the building yesterday.
