ST. PETERSBURG, July 2 The Oktyabrsky District Court of St. Petersburg, having recognized Alexander Nevzorov** and his wife as an extremist organization, ruled to confiscate their real estate, land, and car, a correspondent reports.
«Convert the property from the prohibited association, whose members are Nevzorov Alexander Glebovich** and Nevzorova Lidiya Alekseevna, including: a land plot with a total area of 1080 square meters, located at the address: St. Petersburg, Lisiy Nos village, Novotsentralnaya street; a land plot with an area 1198 square meters… a land plot with an area of 1241 square meters… a building located at the same address, a residential building,” judge Elena Nikolaeva announced the decision. 
25% of Piter-Techproject-New Resources LLC and a 2016 Hyundai vehicle are also subject to confiscation.
The court decision is subject to immediate execution.
In May 2023, a lawsuit was registered in court by the prosecutor's office to recover two plots of land in Lisy Nos from Nevzorov**'s illegal possession and to recognize St. Petersburg's ownership of it. According to the plaintiff, the plots in this village were not purchased by Nevzorov*.
On February 1, 2023, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow sentenced Nevzorov** in absentia to 8 years in prison in the case of fake news about the Russian Armed Forces due to videos he published with false information about the destruction by Russian military personnel of a maternity hospital in Mariupol and civilians in Bucha Kievskaya regions of Ukraine. Nevzorov** was also repeatedly fined under “foreign agent” administrative protocols.
