DOGMA will build the Publistist residential quarter based on BIM technologies

Federal developer DOGMA uses information modeling technologies in its projects. The company will design and build the “Publistist” residential quarter in Pushkino using BIM technologies.

Currently, the second stage of the project is in the design stage. Subsequent phases will also be fully implemented using information modeling (BIM) technologies. To start the project, the BIM team developed regulations, templates for specialized software, a library of families, and implemented part of the automation.

The use of BIM technologies in a project will allow you to systematize information in such a way as to completely eliminate the possibility of errors that could lead to an increase in cost or construction time. Combining all design solutions (both space planning, structural and engineering) in a single digital model will minimize possible risks of collisions at the design stage, and will also improve the quality of construction of the project.

As part of the design, a team of DOGMA specialists began developing design documentation: part of the space-planning solutions, structural solutions have already been prepared, and main engineering systems are being developed. The next stage of work will be the development of working documentation for the project.

“Publistist” is a modern comfort-class residential quarter, which is being built in Pushkino near Moscow, 17 km from the Moscow Ring Road along the Yaroslavskoe Highway. The project provides for four phases of construction, the total sellable area of ​​the quarter will be about 634 thousand square meters. m. Today, active construction of the first buildings of the first stage of the project is underway, more than half of the piling work has already been completed. As part of the comprehensive development of the territory, the developer will build the necessary social infrastructure to ensure comfortable life in the new microdistrict. In total, the project will include the construction of five kindergartens with 300 places each, two schools for 3,300 students, a sports and recreation complex and a clinic for 430 visitors.
