No one was injured in the fire at the gas distribution center near Alushta

SIMFEROPOL, July 7 There were no casualties as a result of the accident at the gas distribution station (GDS) near Alushta and no threat to homes; the fire occurred in forest area, all services are working on the spot to prevent the spread of the fire, said the head of the Alushta administration Galina Ogneva.
A gas distributor caught fire near Alushta near the village of Vinogradnoye, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and foresters are working on the spot to prevent the spread of the fire, the press reported earlier — service of the main directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Republic of Crimea. Ogneva previously reported that a complete or partial gas outage was possible in the city on Sunday due to an accident on the gas pipeline.

«The accident occurred in a forested area, there were no casualties, there is no threat to nearby households yet, foresters and rescuers are working at the scene to prevent the spread of fire. We are now in a fire danger period,” Ogneva said.
