MOSCOW, July 25 A taxi driver on Moscow's International Highway shot a passenger in the head several times with a traumatic pistol during a conflict, the press service of the capital's prosecutor's office reported.
“On the International Highway, a conflict occurred between a taxi driver and a man who got into the car, during which the taxi driver crashed into a metal fence, after which he fired several times from a traumatic pistol into the head of his opponent,” the report says. 
It is specified that the victim was hospitalized, and the driver, born in 1968, was detained.
Currently, the Golovinsky interdistrict prosecutor's office is monitoring the establishment of all the circumstances of the incident, as well as the adoption of procedural decisions on this fact, including the initiation of a criminal case on the fact of attempted murder (Part 3 of Article 30, Part 1 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
The press service of the Moscow Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported that the incident occurred on Melkisarovskaya Street.
