Military prosecutors of the Moscow Military District have achieved the required payments to the participants of the SVO

Military prosecutor's offices of the Moscow Military District (MVO) achieved the restoration of the rights of servicemen participating in the SVO. Thus, a female servicewoman from Smolensk was paid the debt that arose due to the absence of information about her military service in a special information database.

After the military prosecutor of the garrison submitted a representation to the command, the rights of the female servicewoman were restored, the necessary information was entered into the database, and funds were transferred to her in the amount of 200 thousand rubles.

In turn, the military prosecutor's office of the Ivanovo garrison revealed facts of violation of the rights of a participant in the SVO. A serviceman from Khakassia, who participated in combat missions for five months, did not receive the cash payments due to him. The debt amounted to over 820 thousand rubles.

The military prosecutor of the garrison submitted a representation to the command to eliminate the violations of the law. After that, the serviceman received all the cash payments due to him.
