The Ministry of Justice found no grounds to recognize Pugacheva as a foreign agent

«At present, the Ministry of Justice of Russia does not have information at its disposal that would allow us to conclude that there are circumstances with which the current legislation links the emergence of the said obligations,» the document says.

It is noted that if signs of a foreign agent are found in Pugacheva's actions, the Ministry of Justice will consider the issue of including her in the relevant register.
