This year, the industry community will create a rating of domestic AI solutions for construction and development. This was reported by Alexander Lukyanov, Director of Digitalization of the Housing Sector at DOM.RF, at the 1st Conference «Artificial Intelligence in Development» as part of the Moscow Week of Digitalization of Development.
As Alexander Lukyanov noted, the rating will allow developers to take a balanced approach to the implementation of digital tools in their work, and choose solutions that have received high marks from market participants for use.
«To accelerate the implementation of AI technologies in the construction and development industry, work is underway in various areas, including the consolidation of the best Russian AI solutions on one platform. Together with the Alliance in the field of artificial intelligence and the industry club based on it, this year we will create a common book of industry solutions, which will present a rating of the best AI products according to users,» noted Alexander Lukyanov.
In the construction industry, AI can solve problems in the application of TIM (information modeling technology), master planning, in the operation of autonomous construction equipment and equipment for the transportation of goods, in the acceptance of remote objects, in safety training, in predictive analytics of construction progress, etc.
«Artificial intelligence is the main tool for achieving the national goals set by the President and the driver of economic development, including the construction industry. Experts estimate the increase in labor productivity in construction through automation using AI at 40%. About a third of developers currently use this technology in their processes. Work is underway with the industry community to increase the level of distribution of this technology and, as a result, improve the efficiency of the construction industry as a whole,» said Nikolay Kozak, Managing Director for IT and Digital Transformation at DOM.RF.
Earlier, in June 2024, an industry club was created to develop joint solutions for the implementation of AI on the basis of the Alliance in the field of artificial intelligence, the work of which is supervised by DOM.RF together with the Samolet Group. The club united over 30 of the largest Russian companies: representatives of developers, real estate marketplaces, technology companies, and software vendors. The merger will allow the creation of unified principles for the implementation of AI by construction companies and the formation of proposals for measures of state support for the sphere of artificial intelligence.
