Abt Audi RS6 Legacy Edition: legacy of a great era with a 760-horsepower V8 under the hood

European automakers are preparing to say goodbye to the era of internal combustion engines, but see it off with honors and finally release very cool models. The legendary tuning studio Abt Sportsline from the Bavarian city of Kempten also contributes: this week it presented another limited special project based on the latest generation Audi RS6, called the Legacy Edition (Legacy is translated from English into Russian as “legacy”).

Abt Sportsline is perhaps Europe's premier specialist in the development of Audi models, from the RS6 model alone, he turned out dozens of interesting projects. The Abt RS6 Legacy Edition, or Abt RS6-LE for short, is not the most powerful in history, but the most powerful currently available, because all 64 copies of the 790-horsepower version of the Johann Abt Signature Edition, made in 2021 in honor of the founder of the company Johan Abt, sold out a long time ago.

The Abt RS6-LE will be limited to 200 units and this version has a number of unique visual features such as a carbon fiber vent insert in the hood and an original front splitter that flows into the side canards. The carbon-fiber body kit also includes overlays for the radiator grill and front bumper vents, embossed sills, ventilation nets in the front fenders, new mirror caps, an advanced spoiler on the tailgate, a new rear bumper with a diffuser, and other little things. Complementing the look are four stainless steel tailpipes and gloss black painted Abt High Performance IR22 openwork forged wheels wrapped in Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperSport low profile 295/30 ZR 22 tires.

The stock Audi RS6 Performance hits 0-100 in 3.4 seconds and has a top speed of 305 km/h. 600 euros to be added to the price of the donor car (from 135,000 euros).
