Noel Dunphy, 43, who is suing for $10 million in damages and unpaid wages, said the former mayor of New York exposed her & #34;wide range including sexual harassment and harassment".
She also claimed that he continued «alcohol-soaked ranting.» including «sexist, racist and anti-Semitic statements»; and made her working environment «unbearable».
The 70-page complaint stated: “He frequently demanded oral sex while answering hands-free phone calls from well-known friends. and clients, including then-President Trump.
"Giuliani told Ms. Dunphy that he enjoyed acting like this on the phone because it made him ' feel like Bill Clinton' ; ."
Giuliani, 78, said in a statement that he «strongly and completely denies the allegations contained in the complaint and plans to defend himself thoroughly against these allegations.» This is pure harassment and extortion."

The spokesperson added: “Mayor Giuliani's public service period speaks for itself and he will pursue all available remedies and counterclaims. [He] categorically denies all allegations in this bogus complaint."
Mr. Giuliani's lawyer denies that Ms. Dunphy ever worked for him.
Ms. Dunphy began working for Mr. Giuliani in January 2019 and worked until 2021.
She was hired by his director of business development and public relations consultant for the complaint said $1 million a year.
Ms. Dunphy alleged that Mr. Giuliani started abusing her as soon as she started working for him, kissing her in the back seat of an SUV on her first day.

It was alleged that Mr. Giuliani «often demanded that she work nude, in a bikini or short shorts with an American flag that he bought for her.»
Added in complaint. : «He drank morning, afternoon and night and was often intoxicated, so his behavior was always unpredictable.» Ms. Dunphy claimed that Mr. Giulani was taking Viagra. constantly» and that she «worked under the constant threat that Giuliani might demand sex from her at any moment.» The allegations were detailed in a 70-page lawsuit filed on Monday in New York,
"when they were apart. , they often worked remotely via videoconferencing, and during these conferences, Giuliani almost always asked her to take off her clothes in front of the camera."
It was also alleged that Mr. Giuliani, who was Mr. Trump&# 39 lawyer at the time, asked her if she «knew anyone in need of pardon.» because he was «selling $2 million worth of pardons.»
Ms Dunphy alleged that Mr Giuliani told her that her salary should be deferred until after the divorce he was going through. .
Mr. Giuliani only paid her $12,000, and she still owed $1,988,000, as she claimed.
She also claimed that Mr. Giuliani violated a promise to provide her with free legal representation in court. a separate court case on domestic violence.
She accused him of «illegal abuse of power, widespread sexual harassment and assault, theft of wages and other misconduct.»
