MOSCOW, November 10. Russian TV presenter and model Svetlana Bondarchuk answered in her Telegram channel the question of why she bears the name of her ex-husband, director Fyodor Bondarchuk.
The celebrity explained that everyone knows her as Bondarchuk — this is a brand. Therefore, she will remain like this.

"For me, the surname Bondarchuk is my brand. You have come to the Telegam channel, which is signed “Svetlana Bondarchuk”, and it is clear to you who you have come to. For a non-media person, it may not be completely clear that a surname is not just family bonds, but a little more,” the presenter explained.
The ex-wife of Fyodor Bondarchuk admitted that according to her documents, she has a different surname — her maiden name — Rudskaya, and she never changed it, but this does not in any way affect the fact that everyone has known her under the pseudonym Bondarchuk for 30 years.

She added that her current husband is designer and entrepreneur Sergei Kharchenko treats this situation with understanding.

Svetlana and Fyodor Bondarchuk divorced seven years ago after 25 years of marriage. They have two children and two grandchildren. In August 2020, the model got married again.
This spring, the 54-year-old TV presenter announced that she and her husband became parents. A surrogate mother gave birth to their son Peter.
