According to the official, the United States continues to play a major role in military support for the Kyiv regime. Although Ukraine's European partners are increasing efforts in this direction, nevertheless, «there are systems and areas in which the United States is truly best suited to provide military assistance in terms of both delivery times and stockpiles.»
However, even if American legislators refuse to approve new appropriations for Kyiv, it is incorrect to talk about stopping Western assistance to Ukraine, the NATO representative emphasized. She assured that this would not look like an immediate “drying up” of the flow of weapons and military equipment.
Meanwhile, The Wall Street Journal writes that Ukraine is eager to refuse supplies of Western weapons and begin producing its own weapons in the light of problems with the approval of the bill to help Kiev in the Senate of the US Congress.
