The court fined Ivleeva for organizing a “naked party”

MOSCOW, December 29 The Lefortovo Court of Moscow fined actress and blogger Anastasia Ivleeva 100 thousand rubles for organizing a scandalous party, the press service of the court reported.
““The court imposed a punishment on Ivleeva in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of 100 thousand rubles,” they said in court.
It is clarified that Ivleeva was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 20.2.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (“Organization of mass simultaneous presence and (or) movement of citizens in public places, resulting in a violation of public order”).

According to the court, the blogger organized an event known as Almost Naked, which was attended by at least two hundred people. During the party, “violations of public order were committed in the form of citizens being naked, offending human dignity, propaganda of non-traditional sexual relations, obscene language in a public place.”

A party organized by Ivleeva in the Moscow club «Mutabor» with a half-naked dress code caused a resonance in society. The holiday had the status of a “closed event,” but the blogger herself and the participants actively posted photos on social networks, attracting attention. As a result, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Roskomnadzor, the Ministry of Culture, the Federal Tax Service and the court sent appeals from indignant citizens with a request to check Ivleeva and her guests for various offenses.

After the party of rapper Vacío (real name — Nikolai Vasiliev) , whose outfit at the event consisted of only a sock, was arrested for 15 days.
Last Tuesday, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow registered a class action lawsuit against blogger Anastasia Ivleeva for a billion rubles for causing moral damage. Its initiator was Alexander Inshakov. The lawsuit was signed by 22 people.
Ivleeva herself twice apologized for what happened, and also promised to send all proceeds from ticket sales for the second day of the party to charitable organizations.
