MOSCOW, January 3 Designer Alena Kuklycheva said that the figure skater Alena Kostornaya will be punished by life if she does not change her behavior.
On Wednesday, Kuklycheva, who creates costumes for figure skating and rhythmic gymnastics, said that she had stopped working with Kostornaya “for a number of reasons.” The designer also attached a screenshot of her correspondence with the figure skater, in which she reminds Kostornaya of the debt and asks her to return her costumes. The athlete herself, in a conversation with, called Kuklycheva’s statements hype.

Kuklycheva later deleted this message. Afterwards, one of the users noted that Kostornaya’s attitude towards the designer was comparable to slavery. “To be honest, we felt exactly like this. Dasha (one of the designers — ed.) even joked like that, but now it’s not funny,” Kuklycheva responded to this comment.
Kostornaya is the 2020 European champion in women's single skating. Since this season, she has been performing in pair skating with her husband Georgy Kunitsa.
