The Italian company is preparing a new generation of its initial model, which will replace the Huracan. Using the available spy photos, we decided to imagine what it would look like.
The junior model in the current Lamborghini range, named Huracan, was first presented in March 2014 at the Geneva Motor Show, replacing the Gallardo sports car. Over almost 10 years of production, the car has received many modifications, the latest of which is the all-terrain version with the Sterrato prefix, which premiered a little over a year ago. Now the Italian automaker is testing a new generation sports car, and prototypes have already been repeatedly captured by spy photographers.

For now, the test samples are hidden under a thick layer of camouflage, but something can already be seen. At the front, attention is drawn to the very narrow and horizontally elongated headlights, as well as the original hexagonal LED lights, which serve as markers and direction indicators. In the shape of the sidewalls you can see a kind of reference to the Gallardo model due to the stampings and the location of the air intakes. The central element of the rear will be the large hexagonal exhaust pipe. The lights are still completely hidden under camouflage, but we have depicted one of the possible options, made in the same hexagonal style — similar to the Sian supercar, produced from 2020 to 2022.

The current Huracan model is equipped with a 5.2-liter 10-cylinder engine, but the new sports car can get a biturbo petrol V8 paired with an electric motor. The transmission is expected to use an 8-speed robotic gearbox, similar to the older Revuelto model. In addition, a fully electric version of the car may appear.
