The Ministry of Culture will prepare proposals for expanding the “Pushkin Card”

MOSCOW, February 29 The Russian Ministry of Culture will prepare proposals for expanding the Pushkin Card program in accordance with the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin, the department’s press service reported.
Earlier, during his address to the Federal Assembly, Putin proposed expanding the Pushkin Card program, instructing the Russian government to prepare its own additional proposals on this issue.
“»In his message to the Federal Assembly, the President instructed to prepare proposals for expanding the program. And the proposals will be prepared in accordance with the instructions of the President,» the department said in a statement.
«Pushkin Card» is a program to popularize cultural events, launched in the country on September 1, 2021. The card allows young people from 14 to 22 years old to visit theaters, museums and concert halls throughout the country.
