Federal developer DOGMA will build commercial real estate as part of the construction of the EVO residential quarter.

According to the construction plan, the first floors of the EVO residential quarter being built on Komsomolskaya Street will be provided for trade and business life of the area. After the complex is put into operation, there will be cafes and bakeries, chain retailers, consumer service points, children's development centers, the DOGMA Club community center and much more. The total volume of non-residential space will be 25.6 thousand square meters. m. The premises will be introduced in stages.

As part of the construction of the first stage of the project, 7.6 thousand square meters will be built by the spring of 2026. m for commercial use. The five buildings of the first stage include 25 non-residential lots, the area of ​​which varies from 35 to 1.5 thousand square meters. m. The premises will be rented for small and medium-sized businesses.
