The State Construction Supervision Authority of the Leningrad Region issued SZ Petrostroy-Murino LLC a permit to commission three buildings (No. 1, 2 and 5) of the Lampo residential complex. The project is being implemented with financial support from Bank DOM.RF. The functions of the technical customer are performed by the company «DOM.RF Development».
In total, there are 1,052 apartments in the buildings that received the RVE (first stage). More than half of them were sold in the early stages of the project by the former residential complex developer, who failed to fulfill his obligations and stopped construction. Through the joint efforts of the DOM.RF Group and regional authorities, it was resumed. Thanks to the competence of the technical customer, formed on the basis of the DOM.RF Development company, at the moment the construction is actually completed.
The apartments of the first stage with pre-finishing will be transferred to buyers in accordance with the list of works, provided for in equity participation agreements.
“Several hundred families were waiting for the first Lampo buildings to be put into operation. Already in April they will be able to receive the keys to their apartments. In this project, DOM.RF Bank, part of the DOM.RF Group, showed its ability to implement the most difficult housing construction projects. As a result of its implementation, the living conditions of 2,156 families will improve,” commented Vice President of DOM.RF Bank Natalya Romanyuk.
The first building is a four-section building with a height of 19 floors, building 2 is a one-section building (16 floors). The fifth building is a street parking lot, but there are underground parking lots in each of the new buildings. Comprehensive landscaping has been carried out in the area adjacent to the buildings.
“Over two years, DOM.RF has completed significant work not only in completing design and construction, but also in negotiations with resource organizations. The Lampo residential complex has become a real example of the effectiveness of the shared-equity construction reform. Today the house is ready for occupancy, for which I congratulate the builders and shareholders who have been waiting for years for the keys from an unscrupulous developer,” said Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Leningrad Region Evgeny Baranovsky.
At the same time, they are ready for commissioning the third and fourth buildings, where 1104 apartments are provided. The project features different types of apartments — from studios to two-room apartments. Sales of apartments in the Lampo residential complex are carried out by the partner of Bank DOM.RF — the BEST-Novostroy agency.
