MOSCOW, June 28 Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated the artist and director Alexander Pankratov-Cherny on his anniversary, noting his original, sparkling talent, charm, bright artistic temperament, a wonderful sense of humor, as well as the actor’s desire to unite colleagues in the creative workshop; the corresponding telegram was published on the Kremlin website.

The Russian leader also wished Pankratov-Cherny good health and new acting, directing, and literary works.
