ROSTOV-ON-DON, July 12 The court authorized the arrest of Denis Minin, assistant to the president of the Rostov Region Bar Chamber, suspected of attempted mediation in bribery, a representative of the press service of the regional courts told reporters .
“»The Leninsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don chose a preventive measure in the form of detention in relation to Denis Aleksandrovich Minin, suspected of committing a crime under Part 3 of Article 30, Part 4 of Article 291.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, until September 5, 2024 year inclusive,» he said.
Earlier, a source reported that Minin was detained in Shakhty, Rostov region, on suspicion of corruption. During the arrest, in the car with him was the former chairman of the Leninsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don, Alexey Kudelin, whom Minin is defending in the case of accepting bribes, the source noted. However, according to him, their cases are not connected.
