MOSCOW, July 23 The damage occurred outside the territory of TPP-27 in Mytishchi, there were no accidents with the power plant equipment, and voltage is now back on, the Mosenergo Telegram channel reported.
Earlier on Tuesday, the city district administration reported that there had been an emergency power outage at TPP-27. Later, the administration reported that the power supply had been restored.

"In connection with reports in a number of media outlets, we inform you that a cable line from TPP-27 was damaged in the territory of the Mytishchi city district as a result of work carried out by a construction organization. The damage occurred outside the territory of CHPP-27, there were no accidents at the power plant equipment,» Mosenergo said in a statement.
The company confirmed that voltage is currently supplied, and there are no comments on the operation of CHPP-27 equipment.
