KRASNODAR, July 23 Investigators in the Krasnodar region opened a criminal case into the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements in connection with an accident, in in which a regular bus overturned, reported the Investigative Directorate for the region.
According to the regional main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the accident occurred on Tuesday afternoon on the Krasnodar — Verkhnebakansky highway. Previously, the King Long bus left the roadway and overturned. There were 32 passengers on the bus.

As the regional operational headquarters clarified, doctors from the central regional hospital examined 15 victims, two of them were hospitalized, the rest were sent home.

«A criminal case has been opened regarding the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements for the transportation of passengers (clause «c» of Part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation),» the message says.
Preliminarily, the driver of the regular bus was driving along the route «Rostov-on-Don — Gelendzhik» and in the area of ​​the village of Chernomorsky, Seversky district, drove off the roadway.
