Dominic Raab has always denied allegations that he bullied staff. Intimidated Raab staff were sent to see Rishi Sunak, where the Prime Minister reviewed his findings.
Adam Tolly KC was appointed to investigate official complaints filed against the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice, about whose behavior said to include throwing tomatoes across the table in a fit of rage.
Mr. Raab has always denied wrongdoing but has said he will resign if the claims are upheld.

July 12, 2022

September 6
Mr. Raab was sacked by Liz Truss, the new prime minister whose plans on tax cuts, he attacked during the campaign as «a suicide note before the elections.»
October 25
Entering No. 10, Mr. Sunak reinstated Mr. Raab as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice.
November 11
The first accusations of bullying surfaced against Mr. Raab, and high-ranking mandarins, according to apparently offered a «breath or exit» as soon as he was reassigned. There were also allegations that he threw tomatoes across the table in a fit of rage.
November 16
Mr. Raab requested an investigation into two formal complaints that were filed against him. Later that day, speaking at the Prime Minister's Questions, Raab said he would «deny and deny» the allegations against him, telling MPs: «I'm sure I acted professionally the whole time.»
November 23
Adam Tolley KC, senior lawyer, was appointed to investigate two specific formal complaints filed against Mr. Raab, which soon expanded to third. .
December 14
Downing Street confirmed that the investigation will look into five more complaints about Mr Raab's conduct, bringing the total to eight.
1 February 2023
Dave Penman, leader of the FDA union representing civil servants, urged Mr. Raab to be removed from office while the allegations are investigated.
February 7
Mr. Sunak suggested that he would fire Mr. Raab if it was found that he had bullied people, adding that he «would not hesitate to take swift and decisive action.» action» had he not acted «with the integrity or standards that I expected.»

In an interview with Sky News, Mr Raab promised: «If the allegation of bullying is confirmed, I will resign.» . He also dismissed calls for him to stand aside during the investigation and declared that he was «innocent until proven guilty.»

Downing Street confirmed that Mr. Tolley's report of the findings of the investigation had been given to the Prime Minister.
