North Korean leader Kim Jong-un's sister warns of a nuclear arms race with the West after the US-South Korea agreement to deploy submarines on the peninsula.
Kim Yo-jong said an agreement to strengthen containment of Pyongyang would lead to a «greater danger,» state media reported.
The US agreed to station nuclear submarines in South Korea and cooperate with the country in its nuclear planning to counter nuclear threats from the north.
Seoul agreed not to develop its own nuclear weapons.
