According to president of the ROAD association, chairman of the board of directors of BN-Motors” Alexey Podshchekoldin, sales of new passenger cars and light commercial vehicles are expected to increase in Russia in the second quarter of 2023.
This indicator is expected to be positively affected by sales of Chinese cars, which will become even more, and ;also the release of the updated Lada Vesta with low cost of the basic equipment.
If we turn to numbers, then in the 2nd quarter of last year, approximately 84 700 new passenger cars and light commercial vehicles were sold in . It is expected that in 2023 this figure will grow to 93 000 cars.
