Donald Trump is back at work on his way to court, this time facing criminal charges for possessing top-secret and other classified documents from the White House.
He will plead not guilty when he appears in court in Miami on Tuesday in the US Department of Justice's 37-count US v. Donald Trump case and urged his supporters to gather outside of court.
Former US President, 76 , admitted his federal indictment for his alleged illegal possession of highly sensitive documents did damage by saying, «I don't want to be charged.»
The charges include violating the Espionage Act, conspiring to obstruct justice, and filing false testimony to the government.
