Most of the new equipment will be located in the machine assembly shop. According to the chief engineer of PJSC «TMZ» Vladimir Mikhailovich Schanikov, the machines are designed for machining parts of engines and automobile gear winches. A five-axis vertical milling machine is installed in the repair and tool shop. It will produce not only parts of the main production, but also tooling.
Commissioning is scheduled for the last week of August, and from September, the machines will be fully brought into the production process. By this time, it is necessary to train personnel to work on the new equipment, primarily operators of machine tools with program control.
In August, two core machines are expected to arrive at the iron foundry. New equipment at CLC is needed to produce a cast-iron cylinder head for a modernized tractor engine.
Six more machines for machining parts will arrive at the plant in autumn. They will be installed at the new production site in the housing of the units.
