The Avtodoc company has completed the reorganization of supply chains to ensure the uninterrupted fulfillment of orders from motorists in Kaliningrad and the Kaliningrad region, regardless of the new economic and geopolitical conditions.
- Avtodoc has completed the adaptation of its logistics chains to the new economic conditions to serve customers in Kaliningrad and the Kaliningrad region.
- Some of the orders are now delivered to the region by air, some by sea through the port of St. by sea, orders were completed within seven working days.
In the summer of 2023, Avtodoc was able to establish new channels for delivering orders to its customers from the city of Kaliningrad and the Kaliningrad region. Currently, this enclave region has 2 Avtodoc order pick-up points, on average, 15,000 orders from Kaliningrad are processed per month.
After the cessation of the transit flow through the Baltic countries, many companies began to experience significant, sometimes critical, difficulties with deliveries to the Kaliningrad region. The Avtodoc company was no exception. In fact, due to changing economic conditions, the company had to reconfigure its supply chains in the Kaliningrad direction twice. Now, solutions that are most resistant to sanctions have been found. The supplied spare parts and consumables are divided into two categories — for delivery by air and for transportation by sea. In the first case, regular cargo flights are used, in the second, a ferry route from St. Petersburg to Kaliningrad. Despite the complexity of logistics, even when using the waterway, the company strives to maintain a delivery time of approximately seven working days from the date of order.
At present, Avtodoc's sales network has more than 250 outlet stores and covers 160 settlements in 54 regions of the Russian Federation. About 4.5 million users are registered on the Avtodoc Internet portal, the total number of orders processed per day reaches 120,000.

The total staff today has more than 2,500 people and includes experienced sales specialists who help in the selection of parts for any car.
