The Porsche 911 GT3 R Rennsport complies with FIA safety requirements, but deviates from the regulations in terms of bodywork and technology. The power of the 4.2-liter naturally aspirated 6-cylinder boxer engine has been increased from 565 to 620 hp, new, more durable pistons and camshafts have been installed, and the control program has been rewritten. The 6-speed sequential gearbox, which sends all the power to the rear wheels, has changed gear ratios, resulting in an increased top speed of 20 km/h. On those tracks where it is allowed, you can drive without a muffler and enjoy the high-revving crescendo of a racing engine that can spin up to 9000 rpm.

The chassis is almost the same as the racing version of the model, with adjustable KW shock absorbers and powerful AP brakes Racing, the weight of the latter is reduced by about one kilogram due to the use of titanium components in the brackets.
