The rights group also said on Thursday that Shaheen Ahmadi, mother Armita, was arrested after attempting to visit her daughter in the hospital.
“Shahin Ahmadi was arrested and transferred to an unknown location on the Tehran Fajr premises. Hospital,” the report said, citing an unnamed source.
Iran's semi-official Tasnim news agency later reported that the claims were «totally false» and attributed them to «anti-Iran media.»
Meanwhile, Iran's official Fars news agency published an interview with Ms. Gravand's parents, in which they appeared to admit that the incident with their daughter was an «accident».
Iranian authorities have denied any physical clashes took place. with Ms. Gravande and stated that she «lost consciousness due to low blood pressure» causing her to hit the side of the train.
Meanwhile, Iran's official Fars news agency published the interview with Ms Gravande's parents and they appear to have accepted that the incident was an «accident».
The incident has raised concerns domestically and in the West and draws parallels with the case of Mahsa Amini, whose death in September last year, the detention of morality police sparked months of nationwide protests.

Hundreds of people were killed and thousands more arrested as the regime in Tehran dealt with the most serious challenge to its rule in decades. Four protesters were also hanged on charges of «threat to national security.»

Nazanin Bonyadi, actress and human rights activist, said: “As long as the world negotiates with the repressive regime of Iran, legitimizes it and gives it a platform, history repeats itself.”
Then Meanwhile, German Foreign Minister Annalena Bärbock condemned the incident.
“A young woman in Iran is fighting for her life again. Just because she showed her hair on the subway. It’s unbearable,” she said.
“Armita Garavand's parents have no place in front of cameras, but they have a right to be at their daughter's bedside.”
On Wednesday, Britain joined the United States and 40 European countries in strongly condemning the new Iran's chastity and hijab law at the UN Human Rights Council.
The new draconian law uses artificial intelligence technology to identify and arrest women who violate the mandatory hijab.
< p>On Thursday, Nasser Kanaani, a spokesman for Iran's Foreign Ministry, accused the West of being «disingenuous» in its concern for Iranian women.
«Instead of making interventionist and biased remarks and expressing insincere concerns about Iranian women and girls, you should be concerned about medical personnel and patients in the US, Germany and the UK and address their situation,” he said.
