YEKATERINBURG, November 15 Two people were killed and six more were injured as a result of a collision between a bus and a truck in the Sverdlovsk region, reports Ministry of Health of the region.
“»As a result of a collision between a regular bus and a truck, according to preliminary information, eight people were injured. Two of them died on the spot. All victims were evacuated to the Verkhnepyshminsk central city hospital,» the message says.
It is specified that a comprehensive team from the Territorial Center for Disaster Medicine left to help the patients.
According to the regional traffic police, the accident occurred on the 318th kilometer of the Yekaterinburg — Nizhny Tagil — Serov highway.
< br />As the regional prosecutor's office added, the bus driver, who was traveling from Karpinsk to Yekaterinburg, began a maneuver to overtake the vehicle in front, as a result of which he collided with a truck. The bus driver and passenger were killed.
