BLAGOVESCHENSK, November 19The Amur Region prosecutor's office is establishing the cause of death of a little girl who became ill in a kindergarten in Blagoveshchensk, after which she was taken to the hospital and died two days later, the press service of the supervisory agency reports.
«According to preliminary information, on November 16, a child in a preschool educational institution in Blagoveshchensk became ill, the girl was taken to the hospital, where she died on November 18. The cause of her death is currently being established,» the message says.
According to the Telegram channel of the Amur search and rescue team, the child was supposed to turn two years old in a month. It is noted that this is the daughter of a family of volunteers from the Amur detachment. According to them, which are set out on the Telegram channel, the child was taken to kindergarten healthy and cheerful, and had a certificate from a doctor at a private clinic in her hands stating that she was healthy. But after an hour of sleep, the girl was found unconscious and an ambulance was called. The Amur search and rescue team claims that doctors, for an unknown reason, sent the child to an adult hospital, where they refused to admit her. After this, the girl was taken to a children's hospital, where she was put into an artificial coma. She died on Saturday, the report added.
The prosecutor's office is now clarifying all the circumstances of the incident. “An assessment will be made of the actions of officials of preschool educational and medical institutions, as well as the actions of the official who issued a certificate of the child’s health and the opportunity to attend the kindergarten,” the prosecutor’s office said.
In addition, the SUSK of the region is also conducting a pre-investigation check.
I do not yet have an official comment from the authorized departments regarding the information about the delivery of the child first to an adult hospital.
